The fine print
Cancellation policy
Plans change — let us know as early as you can and we’ll move your appointment without fuss. Everything below exists so appointments start and end on time.
Confirming your visit
We call, text or email at least 24 hours ahead. Appointments still unconfirmed 12 hours before the start time may be cancelled.
Arriving late
We hold your slot for 15 minutes. Past that we may have to cancel, so the technician can start the next client on time.
No-shows
A missed appointment with no notice is charged at 50% of the service booked.
Rescheduling
Change it yourself from your booking confirmation, or call the studio and we’ll move it — the earlier the better.
Groups and events
Booking three or more people together? Call the studio rather than booking online.
