At our salon, we value your time and strive to provide prompt service. In order to ensure that all appointments start and end on time, we reserve the right to cancel any appointment that is more than 15 minutes late. To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly recommend booking your appointment in advance.

To ensure that your appointment is confirmed, we will reach out to you via call, text, or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We also kindly remind you that any appointments that are not confirmed within 12 hours of the appointment time will be subject to cancellation.

Please note that any no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service booked. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with excellent service.
